Solid organ transplantation (SOT) is a life-saving procedure for those with end-stage dysfunction. The main goals of SOT are to improve quality life and daily function, which supported by pre- post-transplant rehabilitation. In-person rehabilitation programs have traditionally been the standard-of-care delivering patients. Many adopted virtual delivery model [telerehabilitation (TR)], an approach that has become increasingly used given restrictions in-person during COVID-19 pandemic. Presently, TR being both clinically in research variable practices. A 2-day meeting held February 2023 brought together over 30 Canadian adult pediatric researchers, clinicians, patient family partners across SOT. objectives were: (1) To facilitate knowledge exchange dialogue between partners, healthcare professionals, key stakeholders, (2) Identify gaps clinical practice TR. discussion focused on methods TR, digital tools, facilitators barriers effects physical mental health populations.
