Here, we aimed assess person's knowledge, attitude practices (KAP) toward COVID-19 epidemic Southeast South Asia applying mixed study design (cross-sectional systematic review). Background Due to the global surge in COVID-19 cases, numerous countries have enforced lockdowns of varying stringency. Social isolation and stay-at-home orders detrimental effects on one's lifestyle dietary habits. This study aimed assess patterns, food preferences, shopping behavior weight gain during lockdown among students a private university Malaysia. Design Methods We conducted cross-sectional 426 using convenience sampling method one-month after initiating Conditional Movement Control Order (November 15-30, 2020), validated self-administered web-based survey. Chi-square test with post-hoc planned comparison procedures were performed. Results Of participants, more than half females (55.9%). Over surveyed reported increased eating (51.2%), snacking (55.2%) online ordering (71.1%) lockdown. Abstract Eating disorders (EDs) are debilitating health conditions and common across cultures. Recent reports suggest that about 14.0% of university students in Malaysia at risk for developing an ED, prevalence may differ by ethnicity gender. However, less is known the EDs nonuniversity populations. Objective The current study seeks to (1) estimate ED status among adults using established diagnostic screen; (2) examine gender ethnic differences between diagnostic/risk groups; (3) characterize clinical profile individuals who screen positive ED. Method We administered Stanford‐Washington University Disorder Screen, online screening tool, September 2020. Results risk/diagnostic categories were assigned 818 participants (ages 18–73 years) which, 0.8% screened anorexia nervosa, 1.4% bulimia 0.1% binge‐ED, 51.4% other specified feeding or 4.8% avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder.
