A multi-template molecularly imprinting polymer (MT-MIP) strategy has been proposed and is increasingly utilised to synthesise MIP with multiple recognition sites in a single using target species as templates. This approach can expand applications for simultaneous extraction of more than one analyte. The advantages MT-MIP are analyte process, lower solvent consumption, cost-effectiveness, short analysis time. use templates prepare reduces the effort required different MIPs analytes separately. Although there many studies about developing MT-MIP, no review articles that discuss success rate MT-MIP. Therefore, this review, we summarise synthesis, including polymerisation method being used, important factors affect quality applications. great potential chemical isolation analysis. produces product good sensitivity, selectivity, reusability. Furthermore, templates, functional monomers, crosslinkers be formulated have high rate. evidenced by values maximum absorption capacity (Qmax), factor (IF), We expect evidence presented encourage additional research on development application
