Unsustainable global phosphorus (P) management has led to target digestate from anaerobic digestion (AD) as a potential source for P recovery. However, although modeling interactions within AD is crucial recovery optimization, model inputs often require accurate fractioning into different minerals, e.g., struvite, vivianite, amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP). This study aims develop new method based on acidic leachate of P, Ca, Mg, Fe, K, and Al. We acidified 9 samples, 3 being digestate, the other 6 are substrates used biogas unit feeding. Main results obtained acidification curves each nutrient in sample. Nutrient allowed us construct algorithm P. Finally, elemental was achieved all samples. Acidification protocol its then proposed environmental samples implicated AD.

This article presents the current state of biogas (biomethane) production technology with an example using cow manure from perspective photofermentation efficiency.
