The design and synthesis of covalent organic frameworks (COFs) with excellent reusability are promising ways to advance practical applications in many fields, including as absorbents for environmental remediation. However, a lack guiding principles makes it challenging. Herein, two COFs (DhaTAT DhaTAB) prepared demonstrated work excellently the adsorption removal representative pollutant phenanthrene (PHE) highest capacity fastest kinetics reported so far. Although having comparable PHE performances, DhaTAT displays much better than DhaTAB. By deeply exploring underlying mechanism, we reveal first time adverse effects adsorption-induced deformation phenomenon on crystallinity, morphology, specific surface area, thus COFs, propose that introducing electron-withdrawing groups can alleviate this endow COF-based adsorbents reusability. Abstract Covalent organic frameworks (COFs), characterized by their high porosity and stability, hold great potential for applications in gas separations. However, achieving precise size sieving without hindering the diffusion rate is challenging. This study presents a novel approach to establishing tunable localized electric fields COF channels achieve efficient CO 2 separation Pebax‐based mixed matrix membranes (MMMs). Malondialdehyde (MDA) serves as a pivotal indicator to estimate the lipid peroxidation status and biomarker for assessment of oxidative stress screening disease by people excretion. This distinctive feature significantly bolstered sensitive signal transduction, enabling rapid sensing (within 120 s) without derivation treatment, achieved calculated limit detection (LOD) low 0.08 μM.
