This paper reports a concise strategy for the controlled preparation of Pd@g‐C 3 N 4 /TiO 2 photocatalysts rich in oxygen vacancies. The scheme forms black TiO with vacancies on carbon nitride material by in‐situ growth and heat treatment, then utilizes solvothermal reduction to load metallic palladium into material. composites were structurally analyzed using Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), diffraction analysis (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), paramagnetic resonance (EPR), scanning (SEM), elemental mapping, diffuse reflectance (DRS), inductively coupled plasma (ICP) analysis. results show that materials prepared method reported this can effectively improve separation efficiency photogenerated electron–hole pairs prolong lifetime charge carriers inhibiting recombination. In addition, heterojunction structure formed between g‐C also enhances photocatalytic performance some extent. After simple optimization conditions, photocatalyst could promote Suzuki–Miyaura CC coupling reactions under mild conditions (room temperature, 30 W LED lamp, λ = 455 nm), good biaryl yields obtained (optimum yield 99%). It is very noteworthy electrons holes generated photoexcited catalyst confirmed be main active species process radical trapping assay EPR test. has excellent activity stability use, which provides new reference wider green synthesis catalysis.
