Flexible pressure sensors play an extremely important role in the fields of intelligent medical treatment, humanoid robots, and so on. However, low sensitivity small initial capacitance still limit its application development. At present, method constructing microstructure dielectric layer is commonly used to improve sensor, but there are some problems, such as complex process inaccurate control microstructure. In this work, ion composite photosensitive resin based on polyurethane acrylate ionic liquids (ILs) was prepared. The high compatibility ILs achieved by adding a chitooligosaccharide (COS) chain extender. optimized digital light processing (DLP) 3D-printing. Due introduction construct electric double (EDL), flexible sensor exhibits 32.62 kPa−1, which 12.2 times higher than that without ILs. It also has wide range 100 kPa fast response time 51 ms. good under different pressures can realize demonstration human health.

Abstract The utilization of dynamic cross‐linking represents a highly promising approach in addressing the escalating issues plastic pollution and fossil resource consumption. Despite being extensively investigated over past decade, various dynamically cross‐linked polymers (DCPs) predominantly remain confined to realm academic research. To serve as valuable material for practical application, advanced processing is always essential all kinds materials. 3D printing (3DP) enables creation intricate shapes layer‐by‐layer without relying on molds, thus integration 3DP techniques with DCPs holds significant potential enhance expand applicability DCPs. Here, an overview fundamental principles underlying compatible are provided, namely photocuring 3DP, extrusion‐based laser sintering‐based 3DP. Additionally, comprehensive summary representative research works that specifically focus application each respective technique presented. performance mechanism involved corresponding process thoroughly discussed comprehensively reviewed. Finally, existing challenges pertaining further enhancing printability, performance, efficiency, etc., deliberated upon, while proposing directions address these concerns.

3D printing of a flexible polyurethane elastomer is highly demandable for its potential to revolutionize industries ranging from footwear soft robotics thanks exceptional design flexibility and elasticity performance. Nevertheless, conventional methods like fused deposition modeling (FDM) vat photopolymerization (VPP) typically limit material options thermoplastic or photocurable polyurethanes. In this research, water-borne ink was synthesized direct writing (DIW) through the incorporation cellulose nanofibrils (CNFs), enabling complex, monolithic elastomeric structures at room temperature that can maintain designed structure. Additionally, solvent-induced fast solidification (SIFS) method introduced facilitate room-temperature curing enhance mechanical properties. The 3D-printed WPU demonstrated strong interfacial adhesion, exhibiting high ultimate tensile strength up 22 MPa an elongation break 951%. also outstanding resilience durability, capable enduring more than 100 cycles compression tension as well withstanding vehicle crushing heavy lifting. This shows suitability complex such vase octopus.
