The melting process of brackish water ice has more desalination effect than the formation ice. In this experiment, crystals produced by single-stage progressive freezing under different conditions icing temperature and raw ion concentration were utilized to carry out gravity-induced (GD) conventional tests. migration pattern Cl-, SO42-, CO32-+HCO3-, Na+, K+, Ca2+ Mg2+ crystal masses was explored. results showed that removal rate tended decrease with continuation GD average concentration. When decreased, a decreasing trend. ice-melt during an exponential decay, type changed from Na·Mg-Cl Na-Cl·SO4. There differences in rates each melt. Among them, discharge distribution Cl- > Na+ SO42- Ca2+, Mg2+, CO32-+HCO3- K+. SO42-. key factors affecting are relative mass, polarizability, radius, temperature, And significantly positively correlated other influencing except mass. model can be used accurately predict mixed process.
