Two-way shape memory polymers (2W-SMPs) are a class of smart materials and can undergo spontaneously reversible deformation after specific stimuli. It is crucial to develop 2W-SMPs achieve precise control two-way behavior without external forces reveal their structure-property relationships. In this study, dual-crystalline phase crosslinked polymer networks based on poly(tetramethylene ether glycol) (PTMEG) poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) fabricated via thiol-ene click reactions. Geothermal energy represents a promising sustainable power source that harnesses Earth's natural heat through water circulation systems. Semicrystalline polymers are promising candidates for preparing reversible or two-way shape-memory polymer (SMP) networks. However, there is a lack of facile and effective strategies improving tuning the stress-free effect (rSME) in semicrystalline This paper reported such strategy based on melt-blending cross-linking cocrystallizable polymers. Specifically, we constructed several blended networks by poly(ethylene–propylene–diene monomer) (EPDM) linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). Abstract Inspired by the Mimosa plant, this study herein develops a unique dynamic shape memory polymer (SMP) network capable of transitioning from hard to pliable with heat, featuring reversible actuation, self‐healing, recyclability, and degradability. This material is adept at simulating functionalities artificial muscles for variety tasks, remarkable specific energy density 1.8 J g −1 —≈46 times higher than that human skeletal muscle. As an intelligent manipulator, it demonstrates proficiency in identifying handling items high temperatures. Its suitable rate recovery around body temperature indicates its promising utility as implant addressing acute obstructions.
