Organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) as a vital component among have shown great potential in smart sensing, flexible displays, and bionics due to their flexibility, biocompatibility customizable chemical structures. Even though linear conjugated polymer semiconductors are common for constructing channel materials of OTFTs, advanced with high charge carrier mobility, tunable band structure, robust stability, clear structure-property relationship indispensable propelling the evolution OTFTs. Two-dimensional polymers (2DCPs), featured lattice, tailorable skeletons, functional porous structures, match aforementioned criteria closely. In this review, we firstly introduce synthesis 2DCP thin films, focusing on characteristics compatible channels Subsequently, physics operating mechanisms OTFTs applications 2DCPs summarized detail. Finally, outlook perspective field using provided well.

The efficient removal of antibiotic residues from aqueous solution is very important for water security. Studies have found that adsorption widely used the antibiotics due to its cost-effectiveness, low energy consumption, simplicity operation, and environmental friendliness. In this study, a novel magnetic porous carbon adsorbent (Ni-MPC-400) with high capacity saturation magnetization was synthesized via direct carbonization Ni-MOF at 400 °C pyrolysis temperature efficiently remove tetracycline an solution. Adsorption experiments showed Ni-MPC-400 exhibited excellent (441.51 mg·g–1) Possible mechanisms were proposed through characterization analysis. mainly involved π–π interactions, hydrogen bonding, metal–organic complexation, pore filling effects. addition, rapid sufficient concentration (5 mg·L–1) good performance over wide pH range. material has been tested immunity interference regenerative capacity, demonstrating potential application in contaminants solutions.
