With the rapid advancement of electronic technology, traditional textiles are challenged to keep up with demands wearable electronics. It is anticipated that multifunctional textile-based electronics incorporating energy storage, electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, and photothermal conversion expected alleviate this problem. Herein, a cotton fabric hierarchical array structure (PPy/NiCoAl-LDH/Cotton) fabricated by introduction NiCoAl-layered double hydroxide (NiCoAl-LDH) nanosheet arrays on fibers, followed polymerization growth continuous dense polypyrrole (PPy) conductive layers. The shows high specific areal capacitance 754.72 mF cm

Abstract The construction of effective conductive networks can enhance the electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding performance polymer composites (CPCs). Herein, poly ( l ‐lactide) (PLLA) micro‐particles were used as a volume‐occupying phase to design and prepare PLLA/polydimethylsiloxane/multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (PLLA/PDMS/MWCNT) with honeycomb‐like networks. interfacial morphology was adjusted by changing surface PLLA micro‐particles. effects particle size on EMI effectiveness (SE) investigated in this study. results indicate that regular shape rough effectively improve PLLA/PDMS/MWCNT same filler loadings Specifically, SE etched 300‐μm spherical achieve 35.1 dB, which is 15% higher than 30.6 dB for irregular In addition, R values are below 0.5, indicating absorption dominated mechanism. Highlights Micro‐particle tunes structure samples. Micro‐particles different sizes endow composites. Samples have ones. samples highest SE. show an absorption‐dominated
