Abstract Immunochromatographic assays (ICAs) provide simple and rapid strategies for bacterial diagnosis but still suffer from the problems of low sensitivity high dependency on paired antibodies. Herein, broad‐spectrum capture detection capability antibody‐free electropositive nanoprobe are clarified bacteria first time an ultrasensitive fluorescent ICA platform is constructed simultaneous multiple pathogens. A magnetic multilayer quantum dot nanocomposite with amino‐embedded SiO 2 shell (MagMQD@Si + ) designed to enrich solutions effectively, offer luminescence, reduce background signals test strips, thus greatly improving stability technique pathogen. The superior performance MagMQD@Si ‐based through multiplex three common pathogens demonstrated, namely, Pseudomonas aeruginosa , Streptococcus pneumoniae typhi showing that this possesses (8–40 cells mL −1 ), good reproducibility (relative standard deviation < 5.4%), specificity target bacteria. clinical utility proposed method verified 30 real sputum samples patients respiratory infections, revealing has massive potential as a powerful inspection tool rapid, sensitive, infections.

Abstract The peroxidase (POD)‐mimic nanozymes can be a potential tool for point‐of‐care (POC) diseases diagnosis. However, the complex sample matrix and unspecific multiple‐enzyme activities of nanozyme generate false background signal decrease diagnostic accuracy. Here, magnetic POD‐specific covalent organic framework (COF) confined osmium (Os) nanoclusterzyme Fe 3 O 4 @COF@Os is developed biomarkers biosensing. First, found that catalytic activity specificity regulated by deoxidizers functional groups COF ligands. By using ascorbic acid as deoxidizer F ligands, displayed superior negligible oxidase (OXD) catalase (CAT) mimic activity. Therefore, separate analyze targets in bio‐matrix without interference. Bimetallic hollow structures have attracted much attention due to their unique properties, but they still face the problems of nonuniform alloys and excessive etching leading structural collapse. Here, uniform bimetallic nanospheres are constructed by pore engineering then highly loaded with hemin (Hemin@MOF). Interestingly, in presence polydopamine (PDA), competitive coordination between anionic polymer (γ-PGA) dimethylimidazole does not lead collapse external framework self-assembly into a structure. By constructing Hemin@MOF immune platform using
