Abstract Liposomes are widely used in the biological field due to their good biocompatibility and surface modification properties. With development of biochemistry material science, many liposome structures functional components have been modified optimized one by one, pushing platform from traditional functionalized intelligent, which will better satisfy expand needs scientific research. However, a main limiting factor effecting efficiency liposomes is complicated environmental conditions living body. Currently, order overcome above problem, become very promising strategy. In this paper, binding strategies with four elements, namely nucleic acids, antibodies, peptides, stimuli‐responsive motif summarized for first time. addition, based on construction characteristics liposomes, such as drug‐carrying, targeting, long‐circulating, stimulus‐responsive properties, comprehensive overview features respective research progress presented. Finally, paper critically presents limitations these current applications also prospectively suggests future directions, aiming accelerate realization industrialization.

The advancement of science and technology, coupled with the growing environmental consciousness among individuals, has led to a shift in pesticide development from traditional methods characterized by inefficiency misuse toward more sustainable eco-friendly approach. Cellulose, as most abundant natural renewable resource, opened up new avenue field biobased drug carriers developing cellulose-based delivery systems. These systems offer unique advantages terms deposition rate enhancement, modification facilitation, impact reduction when designing nanopesticides. Consequently, their application nanoscale pesticides gained widespread recognition. present study provides comprehensive review cellulose methods, carrier types for nanopesticides (CPDS), various stimulus-response factors influencing release. Additionally, main challenges design CPDS are summarized, highlighting immense potential materials
