In recent years, rare earth ion and transition metal co-doped fluorescent materials have attracted a lot of attention in the fields WLEDs optical temperature sensing. this study, I successfully prepared dual-emission Mg3Ga2SnO8:Eu3+,Mn4+ red phosphors XRD patterns refinement results show that belong to Fd-3m space group. The energy transfer process between Eu3+ Mn4+ was systematically investigated by emission spectra decay curves Mg3Ga2SnO8:0.12Eu3+,yMn4+ (0.002 ≤ y 0.012) maximum value efficiency can reach 71.2%. Due weak thermal quenching effect Eu3+, its provides stable reference for rapid peak, thereby achieving good measurement performance. relative thermometric sensitivities fluorescence intensity ratio lifetime methods reached 2.53% K-1 at 448 K 3.38% 473 K. addition, utilizing Mg3Ga2SnO8:0.12Eu3+ phosphor high color rendering index 82.5 correlated 6170 electroluminescence spectrum synthesized LED device Mg3Ga2SnO8:0.009Mn4+ highly overlaps with absorption range phytochrome PFR thus effectively promote plant growth. Therefore, application prospects WLEDs, sensing, growth illumination.
