This study aimed to reveal mechanisms of nitrogen changes in a mixed compost diseased pig carcasses and sawdust after adding exogenous microbial agents. It was found that agents significantly increased the content various types germination index plants. Microbial dominance phyla correlated with indicators physicochemical properties copy number nitrogen-functional genes, simultaneous fixation, nitrification, denitrification, ammonification, glutamate synthesis during composting. Inoculation can prolong high-temperature period, which extended 5, 6, 5 days each group, roles also be changed. Meanwhile, we addition could promote growth alteration microorganisms, regulated stability symbiosis transformation process.
