Abstract Recent advancements in 3D printing technology have expanded its application to manufacturing pressure sensors. By harnessing the cost‐effectiveness, streamlined processes, and design flexibility of printing, sensor fabrication can be customized meet specific performance needs. Thus far, development has been primarily limited creating molds for transferring patterns onto flexible substrates, restricting both material selection performance. To fully unlock potential advanced fabrication, it is crucial establish effective rules focused on enhancing figure merit This study introduces a universal strategy aimed at maintaining high sensitivity across wide range—a challenging feat, as significantly decreases higher pressures. Our approach centers engineering deformability 3D‐printed structures, achieving linear increase contact area between electrodes without reaching saturation. Sensors designed with elongation low stiffness exhibit consistent 162.5 kPa⁻¹ broad range (0.05–300 kPa). Mechanistic investigations through finite element analysis confirm that engineered key this enhanced response, offering robust sensing capabilities demanding applications such deep‐sea space exploration.
