Bioenergetic therapy based on tumor glucose metabolism is emerging as a promising therapeutic modality. To overcome the poor bioavailability and toxicity of arenobufagin (ArBu), MOF-derived intelligent nanosystem, ZIAMH, was designed to facilitate energy deprivation by simultaneous interventions glycolysis, OXPHOS TCA cycle. Herein, zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 loaded with ArBu indocyanine green, encapsulated within metal-phenolic networks for chemodynamic hyaluronic acid modification targeting. Abstract BACKGROUND Plant bacterial diseases have severely affected the yield and quality of agricultural products, among which kiwifruit canker wilt disease, caused by Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae ( Psa ) Ralstonia solanacearum Rs ), respectively, seriously restrict development related industry. However, there are few effective green agents available to target these diseases. RESULTS Herein, we synthesized 41 novel derivatives natural product tryptanthrin, partial compounds showed noticeable antibacterial activity against .
