Bioenergetic therapy based on tumor glucose metabolism is emerging as a promising therapeutic modality. To overcome the poor bioavailability and toxicity of arenobufagin (ArBu), MOF-derived intelligent nanosystem, ZIAMH, was designed to facilitate energy deprivation by simultaneous interventions glycolysis, OXPHOS TCA cycle. Herein, zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 loaded with ArBu indocyanine green, encapsulated within metal-phenolic networks for chemodynamic hyaluronic acid modification targeting. ZIAMH nanoparticles can release in microenvironment chemtherapy, ICG enables photothermal under near-infrared laser irradiation. In vitro vivo mechanism studies revealed that nanoplatform downregulated related genes, resulting reduction substances metabolites tumors. Additionally, it significantly promoted cell apoptosis upregulating pro-apoptotic proteins such Bax, Bax/Bcl-2, cytochrome C. Animal have shown inhibition efficiency nanomedicines three fold higher than free drugs. Therefore, this study provides new strategy metabolism-mediated bioenergetic PTT/CDT/CT combined

Abstract BACKGROUND Plant bacterial diseases have severely affected the yield and quality of agricultural products, among which kiwifruit canker wilt disease, caused by Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae ( Psa ) Ralstonia solanacearum Rs ), respectively, seriously restrict development related industry. However, there are few effective green agents available to target these diseases. RESULTS Herein, we synthesized 41 novel derivatives natural product tryptanthrin, partial compounds showed noticeable antibacterial activity against . Compounds T7NO‐4 T7NH‐2 can affect biofilm formation, change membrane permeability, cause necrosis. Compound exhibits control with protective curative efficiency 75.61% 66.84%, respectively. good tobacco disease but poor activity. To improve its activity, considering characteristic that is more prone outbreak under weakly acidic soil conditions, introducing a ZIF‐8 framework make @ZIF‐8 nanoparticles exhibit pH‐responsive release, then making @ZIF‐8@TA through modifying tannic acid (TA). superior efficacy disease. CONCLUSION This study demonstrates 7‐piperazine tryptanthrin inhibitory may be promising lead plant diseases, improved biological being loaded into nanocarriers. © 2025 Society Chemical Industry.
