Abstract This study presents a novel green approach for the preparation of zeolite material from fly ash using combination mechanochemical method. Compared to traditional methods, this reduces energy consumption, minimizes reagent usage, and facilitates efficient recycling ash. The physicochemical properties synthesized zeolite, including crystal structure porosity, were systematically investigated. was employed adsorption ammonia nitrogen aqueous solutions, their kinetics thermodynamics comprehensively studied. results revealed that onto follows Langmuir model. Additionally, exhibited strong selective remarkable resistance interference coexisting cations in solution. Finally, regeneration experiments conducted NaCl, NaClO, mixtures desorb spent zeolite. A total 17 cycles performed until capacity zeolites exhausted. performance regenerated evaluated assess impact different reagents on efficiency. optimal method identified, leading successful valorization into development effective strategies

ABSTRACT To regulate the mechanical and thermal properties of epoxy resin (Ep) achieve controllability its shape memory response, this work involves physical modification Ep using polyethylene glycol (PEG), leading to development Ep/PEG (EpP) films. As PEG content increases, EpP gradually transitions from rigid flexible. Notably, breaking strain EpP‐30 with 30% increased by 27.19% compared EpP‐0 without PEG. The are also modulated content, glass transition temperature (T g ) decreasing as increases. Specifically, T is reduced 33.44°C EpP‐0. developed exhibits excellent performance, response can be adjusted through content. Furthermore, demonstrates dual triple‐shape functions. In summary, achieves regulation PEG, successfully developing a controllable temperatures capabilities for triple responses.
