In this work, a novel decoupled triple-fluidized bed reaction system was proposed to dispose of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Thermodynamic simulation and thermogravimetric experiments were conducted examine the dechlorination feasibility analyze effects CaO CaCl2 on PVC pyrolysis. Besides, quantitative removal efficiency HCl investigated in lab-scale bubbling fluidized bed. Results indicated that hardly interacted with silica−alumina catalyst Fe2O3 adsorbent, while for Na2O adsorbents, could convert into corresponding stable chlorides, demonstrating theoretical system. Next, pyrolysis multi-stage process, spontaneously reacted released but simultaneously inhibited its alkylation reaction; moreover, act as facilitate release reaction. Finally, temperature rose, first increased then decreased, reaching peak value 87.6% at 700°C N2 atmosphere. addition, CO2 atmosphere higher 400–900°C.
