Abstract Achieving full‐color time‐dependent tunable phosphorescence (TDTP) in pure organic materials remains a significant challenge due to the nonradiative transition and modulation puzzle of triplet states. Herein, TDTP has been realized self‐protective carbonized polymer dots (CPDs) under ambient conditions using self‐doping strategy. These CPDs are generated with dual emission centers high‐energy N‐related state low‐energy surface oxide state, which responsible for slow‐decaying blue afterglow (453 nm) fast‐decaying green red (513–609 nm), respectively. luminescent can be activated simultaneously upon CPD aggregation rigid networks by intra/intermolecular hydrogen‐band interactions. The detailed experimental characterization theoretical calculation confirm that red‐shifted color is attributed gradual reduction their energy levels increasing C═O content degree CPDs. Thus, these matrix‐free exhibit dynamic colors over entire visible spectrum solid after turning off 365 nm UV light. Based on unusual phosphorescent properties excellent photostability, have tested various applications such as multidimensional information encryption anti‐counterfeiting, well time‐delayed light‐emitting diodes (LEDs).
