Abstract Flexible pressure sensors hold significant potential for applications in health monitoring, human‐machine interaction, electronic skin, and artificial intelligence due to their high sensitivity, flexibility, lightweight, ease of signal acquisition. In recent years, extensive research into sensor materials, structures, manufacturing technologies has led the development various high‐performance flexible sensors. Currently, optimizing sensing performance involves selecting appropriate functional designing deformable employing high‐precision techniques. This paper reviews advancements sensors, focusing on mechanisms, microstructure design, technologies, application fields.
