Abstract The development of advanced nanomaterial manufacturing technology and the in‐depth analysis structure‐activity relationship are conducive to sustainable platinum‐based catalysts in terms low cost high performance. situ conversion Pt 4+ Ru 3+ is creatively achieved into highly dispersed, small‐sized heterojunction clusters confined space by reductant preset framework materials, these benefited from hollow carbon spheres gap supramolecular self‐assembly strategy achieve exposure. intra‐cluster Ru→Pt electron transfer induced electronic structure modulation enhance adsorption activation H 2 O molecules at interface, accelerating desorption coupling [H] or site. As a catalyst, PtRu/BNHCSs have significant hydrogen production electrolyzed water multiple scenarios, exceeding performance commercial Pt/C catalyst. These scenarios include high‐current splitting both pH‐neutral simulated seawater, direct seawater production, anion‐exchange membrane integrated continuous efficient electrolytic production. In Fourier transform infrared Raman interface monitoring techniques reveal interfacial behavior O, providing important experimental theoretical insights for understanding revealing synergistic effect reaction atoms PtRu heterojunction.
