Antimony is a chemical element with diverse uses that falls into the range of critical raw material. Although it appears in nature as stibnite, mining this mineralogical species rare or uncommon, and basically recovered secondary material processing various elements (such gold copper). Another source for recovery recycling Sb-bearing wastes such batteries alloys. Once dissolved order to recover from different leachates, adsorption processes are ones seem have, at least scientific community, highest acceptance. This work reviews most recent advances (in 2024) antimony sources using not only but also other technologies practical interest.
