ABSTRACT Wound healing is a dynamic biological process that leads to the repair of damaged body tissues and restores their ability function as protective barriers. There are several approaches handling treating skin wounds; however, new efficient procedures must be developed cope with inadequacies current methods, such longer recovery time. In our novel research, we used NiSe NPs ointment NiSe‐incorporated PANI/PEO fibers for wound healing. The materials‐related characteristics were studied by UV/visible spectroscopy, FTIR, SEM, DLS, XRD. SEM images illustrate rod‐like structure NiSe, while bead‐free NiSe‐based conformed from an average diameter 330 nm. An crystal size 6.2 nm measured XRD pattern. antibacterial antioxidant properties showed exhibited better response than less toxicity. give excellent potential 89.5% ± 1.18% 95.6% 0.25%, respectively. Healing tissue regeneration evaluated clinically using histopathology interleukin‐6, which indicated effective recovery.
