Solid solutions of (1-x)LaFeO₃-xBaTiO₃ with x = 0.49 were successfully synthesized via the conventional solid-state reaction method, focusing on systematic evaluation their structural, morphological, and dielectric properties under varying sintering conditions. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis coupled advanced Rietveld refinement techniques confirmed coexistence orthorhombic (Pbnm) tetragonal (P4mm) phases. The impact temperatures at 1200 °C, 1300 1400 °C was evaluated in detail, revealing a significant increase crystallite size from 3.062 μm to 8.667 higher temperatures. Structural stability through electron density mapping, which also provided valuable insights into bonding characteristics 0.51LFO-0.49BTO. This underscores pivotal role thermal conditions enhancing material's phase stability, microstructural properties, electrical performance, particularly relation its ferroelectric behavior.
