Companion diagnostics (CDx) have emerged as valuable tools for monitoring biomarkers essential drug activation and therapeutic response, enabling personalized treatment strategies. However, the current FDA-approved CDx is limited to in vitro testing, making it challenging assess real-time efficacy.
