Background
Early
childhood
caries
(ECC)
has
been
proposed
to
be
associated
with
various
microorganisms
and
metabolites.
This
study
aims
compare
the
prevalence
of
specific
microbial
species
salivary
metabolomics
profile
in
children
without
ECC,
explore
correlation
between
metabolites
targeted
microbes.
Method
Five
ml
unstimulated
saliva
was
collected
from
32
ECC
22
caries-free
children.
Clinical
indexed
were
recorded
questionnaires
regarding
oral
health
dietary
habits
obtained
guardians.
The

Introduction:
Oral
health
is
a
segment
of
general
human
reflected
in
the
condition
oral
tissues,

contributes
to
overall
physical,
psychological
and
social
well-being,
enabling
people
eat,
communicate

inconvenience
or
stress.

study
aims

regular
dental
examinations
