Introduction: Oral health is a segment of general human reflected in the condition oral tissues, which contributes to overall physical, psychological and social well-being, enabling people eat, communicate participate life without discomfort, inconvenience or stress. This study aims determine frequency conducting regular dental examinations early childhood, practice parents/ guardians process preserving children's health, as well satisfaction with services provided. Materials methods: The was conducted cross-sectional, descriptive comparative at Primary Healthcare Center Canton Sarajevo. Heads service users were respondents study. included five heads 209 parents who participated via an online Google forms survey that based on original questionnaire designed by authors. Results: availability care high level according parents, it determined be available 139 66.5% cases. Only 24 11.7% stated they do not have access care. Most did wait for examination their children satisfied accessibility staff, giving score 4.14 ± 1.21 scale 1 5. Conclusion: Based results study, we able prove quality safe preventive preschool school public sector provided professionalism, work staff.

Background Early childhood caries (ECC) has been proposed to be associated with various microorganisms and metabolites. This study aims compare the prevalence of specific microbial species salivary metabolomics profile in children without ECC, explore correlation between metabolites targeted microbes. Method Five ml unstimulated saliva was collected from 32 ECC 22 caries-free children. Clinical indexed were recorded questionnaires regarding oral health dietary habits obtained guardians.
