ABSTRACT
Phosphors
for
white
light
emitting
diode
(WLED)
have
been
attracting
the
attention
of
researchers
to
obtain
devices
with
a
high
color
rendering
index
(CRI)
and
low
correlated
temperature
(CCT).
Herein,
broadband
orange
phosphor
Lu
2
CaMg
Si
3
O
12
:Ce
3+
is
prepared,
vacancy
created
in
lattice
regulate
structure
this
phosphor.
This
can
be
excited
well
by
blue
emit
ranging
from
500
750
nm.
By
decreasing
content
lattice,
band
gap
matrix
widened.
Besides,
emission
Ce
garnet
improved,
1.84
reached
maximum
all
samples.
The
thermal
stability
maintains
75.5%
at

K
compared
that

K.

Abstract
Er3+
and
Yb3+
doped
CaTiO3
phosphors
were
prepared
using
combustion
synthesis.
The
synthesized
samples
underwent
comprehensive
analysis

evaluate
their
structural,
morphological,
optical
properties.

X-ray

diffraction,

photoluminescence
