The photoinduction process in a p-n heterogeneous structure should be correlation with the electronic properties of its semiconductor components. Based on that assumption, double layer made polyaniline (PANi) and titanium dioxide (TiO2) glass substrate is used to investigate charge photogenerated transferred structure. PANi by situ polymerization aniline HCl acidic aqueous medium, while TiO2 thermolysis TiCl3 dilute solution. Abstract Nanoporous TbCrO 3 , a new ferroelectric humidity sensor, was developed by modified sol–gel combustion method at 900 °C. The nanostructured underwent characterization through multiple techniques, such as crystalline and phase study powder X‐ray diffractometer, particle size, size distribution, morphology transmission electron microscopy, surface area analyzer, scanning microscope optical analysis were employed UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. These tasks to ascertain the purity, distribution of particles, tunable energy photo bandgap prepared nanostructures. Diffraction investigations samples brought out exactly clear in previous literature peaks highly orthorhombic structure. Room temperature loop high exhibit good dielectric relaxor properties nanoparticles. Not one but two bandgaps values found around ∼1.8 2.7 eV with help K‐M function technique. For first time, it have ultra‐high sensitivity. Sensors nanoparticle show excellent sensing behavior range 4%–7%, which promptly increased up 80% then reached stable value.
