Recently, researchers have used silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) coupled with humic acid (HA) as antimicrobial agents. Herein, AgNPs were prepared and for their activities. The as-prepared characterized by an atomic force microscope (AFM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), zeta potential, sizer, Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, UV-VIS spectrophotometer. Moreover, human plasma, varied salt concentrations, pH levels stability confirmation using a antibacterial activities minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of determined disk diffusion broth dilution methods, respectively, against identified Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogene, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, which are extracted from cow dung. AgNPs' peak in the UV-Vis spectral range showed maximal absorption at 415 nm. displayed distinctive under all circumstances, demonstrating stability. FT-IR functional groups such hydroxyl, carboxylic acids, carbonyl, ester, ether groups. particles face-centered cubic (FCC) structure, according to XRD. had spherical shape, high negative polydisperse nature, average size 25.43 was found be 2.5 mg/mL, MBC AgNPs/HA 5 mg/mL. result indicated that as-synthesizedAgNPs/HA more effective inhibiting studied microorganisms, can attributed therapeutic use coated acids.
