In this study, we introduce an enhanced stochastic model for mosquito-borne diseases that incorporates quarantine measures and employs Lévy jumps with the generalized tempered stable (GTS) distribution. Our proposed lacks both endemic disease-free states, rendering conventional approach of assessing disease persistence or extinction based on asymptotic behavior inapplicable. Instead, adopt a novel analysis to demonstrate potential eradication continuation. Numerical examples validate accuracy our results compare outcomes GTS distribution against standard system using basic jumps. By accounting heavy-tailed nature incidence vector abundance, enhances precision epidemiological models predictions.
