This study explores the influence of sustainability-promoting social media influencers on their followers’ adoption sustainable behaviours. Specifically, it examines how influencer credibility (IC), perceived behavioral control (PBC), and attitudes toward sustainability (AS) shape actual behavior (ASB) among followers. Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) based survey distributed followers in winter 2024–2025, our findings reveal that is a key driver advancing positive sustainability, as who perceive an knowledgeable, trustworthy, relatable are more likely to develop favorable views practices. Furthermore, has direct impact behaviors Perceived also significant predictor both behavior. However, alone may not directly drive change without sufficient credible influence. These highlight importance maintaining high empowering with practical, achievable guidance facilitate lifestyle changes. Thus, this highlights potential for play meaningful role sustainability.

To unleash the emotional potential of natural fibre materials in sustainable development and utilisation, this paper presents a material-driven design method with ecological indicators (E2-MDD). The offers product-level solutions for materials. involves several steps, such as screening main material quality, capturing user emotion vision, deconstructing E2 vision pattern, deducting product concept. was tested on luffa sponge samples, seen one kind traditional resource, which resulted four differentiated schemes, were evaluated using E2-MDD ring radar column score chart. study identified three key qualities materials: associativity, uniqueness, biophilicity. results show that concepts closer to material’s original form scored higher, while inclusion non-natural had negative impact evaluations. This also found could strengthen connection between people products, further indicating can establish link environmental friendliness experience. Lastly, suggests future areas method, including focusing users, ecology, business.

End-recycling governance is the core link for achieving high-quality development of circular economy. This study uses data 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021 as research samples, constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system, and analyzes achievements progress end-recycling over years. Based on scenario analysis, GM-SVR-BP combined model further used explore trends performance 2022 2030. Research finding: (1) The Chinese presents dynamic upward trend, but overall, it low. (2) barycenter migrated southeast, transfer speed was stable, showing northeast-southwest pattern. There are pronounced differences among different regions. (3) apparent spatial autocorrelation characteristics China's governance. overall agglomeration degree showed weakening trend during observation period. (4) various regions 2022–2030 follows differentiation period this study. Among them, technological breakthrough one effective ways improve effect improvement emotional level regional heterogeneity. provides clear reliable decision-making basis promoting system construction, has certain reference value national resource conservation environmental protection.
