General Background: Customer loyalty has evolved significantly with the rise of technology and social media, where emotional experiences now play a crucial role. Specific This study focuses on Taman Dayu, resort villa in Pasuruan, East Java, known for its natural scenery ambience. Attachment Styles play a crucial role in influencing interpersonal relationships online and offline platform. Young adults nowadays tend to spend most of their time connecting with friends, may it be an platform or face-to-face interaction.
