Abstract Civic and political education is a crucial part of China’s higher general education, the new demands era’s development also require us to pay more attention traditional Chinese culture. The study explores combination culture civic in colleges universities through sound integration mechanism innovative approach. This utilized create digital platform teaching evaluation model for Political Education universities. By evaluating quality analyzing effect, application effect constructed this paper explored. Among 20 Shanghai that conducted experiment, used significantly exceeded did not adopt Education. pre-test probability significance experimental group control four dimensions Literacy, Learning Participation, Content Absorption Rate, Traditional Cultural Identity greater than 0.05, while post-test less data dimensions. has achieved excellent effects.

The adoption of Financial Technology (FinTech), along with the enhancement Human Resource (HR) competencies, service innovation, and firm growth, plays a crucial role in development banking sector. Despite their importance, obtaining reliable results is often challenging due to complex, high-dimensional correlations among various features that affect industry. To address this issue, research introduces hybrid Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) model integrates Entropy-Weighted Method (EWM) Technique for Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). primary objective study systematically evaluate rank multiple alternatives based on key criteria using EWM-TOPSIS approaches. By researching how to select green products for express packaging, this study provides a scientific decision-making basis and methodology logistics enterprises, encouraging them accelerate transformation meet consumer demands. This article proposes method companies evaluate using specific indicators. First, triangular fuzzy numbers their α-levels are incorporated into the calculation process. Second, when determining weights of each indicator, both priority its relative degree considered, enhancing evaluation in relevant scenarios. Finally, an improved approach calculating positive negative ideal solutions TOPSIS is presented. This study proposes a hybrid multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methodology designed to enhance the readiness for adopting Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) in manufacturing enterprises. The Pythagorean fuzzy approach is employed address uncertainty and imprecision throughout processes. development framework this incorporates TOE (Technology-Organization-Environment) HOT fit (Human-Organization-Technology) pinpoint barriers IIoT adoption. Additionally, triple helix model (THM) emphasizing on synergy among university-industry-government utilized formulate pragmatic strategies. agro-food processing industry Thailand used as case study.
