There is a critical need for scalable and objective tools autism screening outcome monitoring, which can be used alongside traditional caregiver clinical measures. To address this need, we developed SenseToKnow, tablet- or smartphone-based digital phenotyping application (app), uses computer vision touch data to measure several autism-related behavioral features, such as social attention, facial head movements, visual-motor skills. Our previous work demonstrated that the SenseToKnow app accurately detect quantify signs of in 18-40-month-old toddlers. In present study, administered on an iPad 149 preschool- school-age children (45 neurotypical 104 autistic) between 3 8 years age. Results revealed significant group differences autistic terms remained after controlling sex Repeat administration with subgroup stability individual phenotypes. Examining correlations Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales phenotypes, found higher levels communication, daily living, socialization, motor, adaptive skills exhibited attention coordinated gaze speech, less frequent complexity overall lower blink rates, visual motor skills, demonstrating convergent validity features App were also significantly correlated ratings Social Responsiveness Scale. These results suggest accessible, scalable, tool behaviors children.
