Cyberloafing as a production deviance behavior raises organizational concerns. Unfortunately, it is unknown how to minimize cyberloafing from bottom-up perspective, particularly different types of cyberloafing. This study draws on the job crafting and dual-process theory construct framework for understanding relationship between task passive-active cyberloafing, well their boundary condition (i.e., supervisor developmental feedback). We adopted convenient sampling method, following two-stage with time interval 2 weeks. A sample 614 full-time employed adults were recruited online survey. The results showed that: (1) Task was negatively related passive active respectively. (2) impact rather than moderated by feedback, such that had significant negative relations when feedback higher (vs. lower). Overall, our research findings indicate seems more sensitive environment thus have intervention strategies.

Social media addiction (SMA) has become a global phenomenon, affecting individuals worldwide. It adverse effects not only on those who are addicted but also related to them. This study examines the relationship between Dark Tetrad traits (narcissism, Machiavellianism, psychopathy, and sadism) SMA in Türkiye, typical collectivist society. In addition these dark traits, two situational variables (loneliness boredom life) three demographic control (age, gender, education) were examined. Data collected through an online survey from 247 adults aged 18 above residing Sakarya with response rate of 82%. The findings showed positive significant Machiavellianism sadism SMA. Abstract Mood modification is widely considered a motive of social networking site (SNS) use, especially among problematic users, but few empirical studies on this topic have been published. The present study aims to investigate the impacts boredom craving, behavioural inhibition and SNS usage for users at greater lesser risk “addiction”. One hundred fourteen undergraduate students (85.09% female) were presented with either boredom-inducing or control manipulation in experiment. Following mood induction, participants completed Go/No-Go task modified SNS-related visual cues. Participants then an unexpected, real-world boring situation, use during period was noted. Subjective levels craving measured throughout Findings demonstrate that may view as modifier sense found increase following experiences boredom, bored more likely waiting period.
