Social
media
addiction
(SMA)

phenomenon,

Machiavellianism,

Abstract
Mood
modification
is
widely
considered
a
motive
of
social
networking
site
(SNS)
use,
especially
among
problematic
users,
but
few
empirical
studies
on
this
topic
have
been
published.
The
present
study
aims
to
investigate
the
impacts
boredom
craving,
behavioural
inhibition
and
SNS
usage
for
users
at
greater
lesser
risk
“addiction”.
One
hundred
fourteen
undergraduate
students
(85.09%
female)
were
presented
with
either
boredom-inducing
or
control
manipulation
in
experiment.
Following
mood
induction,
participants
completed
Go/No-Go
task
modified
SNS-related
visual
cues.
Participants
then

Cyberloafing
as
a
production
deviance
behavior
raises
organizational
concerns.
Unfortunately,

how

minimize
cyberloafing
from
bottom-up
perspective,

cyberloafing.

crafting
and
dual-process
theory
construct
framework
for

cyberloafing,
