Abstract
Dissolved
organic
matter
(DOM)
has
a
great
influence
on
the
main
pollution
indexes
of
lakes
(such
as
COD).
Therefore,
DOM
research
is
basis
for
understanding
water
environmental
quality
and
law
pollutant
migration
transformation
in
basin.
In
this
study,
monitoring
data
Qinghai
Lake
body
8
rivers
around
lake
from
2010
to
2020
were
collected,
dissolved
was
synchronously
sampled
May,
September
October
2020.
The
optical
characteristics
DOM,
temporal
spatial
distribution
CDOM
fluorescence
spectrum
component
FDOM
analyzed
studied.
results
show
that:
(1)
From
2020,
annual
mean
value
COD
Cr
fluctuates
range
Class
III
V
according
standard
surface
water,
shows
downward
trend
first
then
an
upward
one.
general,
concentration
at
high
level
varies
slightly
among
different
months.

Understanding
the
interaction
between
biocides
and
heavy
metals
with
dissolved
organic
matter
(DOM)
is
basis
of
building
runoff
treatment
facility
development.
In
present
study,
we
aimed
to
quantitatively
determine
binding
biocides/heavy
DOM
evaluate
effect
Cu2
+
on
biocides-DOM
interaction.
We
hypothesize
that
prefer
bind
having
a
larger
molecular
weight
(MW),
this
can
be
inhibited
by
Cu2+.
experiments,
was
separated
into
different
fractions
according
their
MW
difference,
then
investigated
Cu2+,
Zn2+,
biocides,
transformation
products
(TPs)
dialysis
equilibrium.
According
results,
Cu2+
found
highest
affinity
for
fraction
>
100
kDa
mean
value
2.65
μmol/mgC,
which
reduced
decreasing
MW.
Zn2+
much
weaker
than
below
0.296
μmol/mgC
did
not
show
clear
preference
Parent
showed
higher
TPs.
The
followed
order
mecoprop-p
terbutryn
diuron.
Hydrogen
bonding
play
an
important
role
in
binding.
Moreover,
opposite
observed,
inhibition
fractions>
enhancement
<
kDa.
Our
findings
suggest
source
control
biocides/TPs
pollution
because
relatively
high
mobility
environment
expected
due
limited
DOM.

plays

regulating
climate
promoting

regional
ecological
cycle.

years,

urbanization
rapid
development
tourism,
under

change,
grassland
degradation
precipitation

basin
been
facing
pressure.

to
comprehensively
explore
protect
sustainable
basin,
systematic
study
was
carried
out
Lake.
The
results
show
following:
(1)

2010
2020,
annual
average
value
CODCr
fluctuated
range
class
III
V
according
surface
environmental
quality
standard,
showing
first
downward
trend
then
an
upward
trend.

changes.

distribution
total
fluorescence
intensity
FDOM
also
different
seasons.
However,
three
surveys,
area
highest
body
appeared
near
Erlangjian
south
Province,
indicating
that
anthropogenic
sources
are
controlling
factors
dissolved
lake.
