In the context of increasing water scarcity and environmental pollution, this study investigates synthesis application p(AA-Oco-AAm)-g-Citrus Sinensis Peel hydrogel (CSP hydrogel) to enhance soil retention remove organic dyes from wastewater. Hydrogels were prepared using a combination acrylamide acrylic acid, with incorporation citrus peel as natural resource. The absorption capacity hydrogels was evaluated, achieving maximum rate 477 g/g, significantly improving water-holding ability various types. Additionally, demonstrated strong affinity for methylene blue, an equilibrium adsorption reaching 2299.45 mg/g, indicating their effectiveness in wastewater treatment. Kinetic isothermal models applied analyze dynamics, revealing superior fit Langmuir model. maintained structural integrity reusability over multiple cycles, underscoring potential sustainable agricultural practices remediation.
