In our current research, an intriguing magnetic nano sorbent Fe3O4@Zr-MOF was synthesized in the lab. We used this adsorbent for successfully removing tetracycline (TC) from water. performed a number of experiments and studies to further support this, including following: vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), energy-dispersive X-ray photoelectron (XPS), scanning electron microscope (SEM), diffraction (XRD), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface area (BET). Our have determined that boasts considerable 868 m2/g with highest adsorption capacity (qmax) 942.12 mg/g. Study factors effect on process such as pH, TC concentration, dose, temperature. The isotherm fitted Langmuir equation, whereas kinetic pseudo-second-order equation. chemisorption well energy 20 kJ/mol. Adsorption thermodynamics indicated both endothermic spontaneous. As temperatures increased, amounts materials absorbed also increased. has properties it easily remove solution after process. five cycles high efficiency without change chemical composition XRD same before reusability. mechanism interaction between expected on: Electrostatic interaction, π-π hydrogen bonding, pore filling. results were optimized using Box Behnken-design (BBD).
