In addition to health consequences, the Covid-19 pandemic has had important effects on environment and lifestyle. Municipal solid waste management faced serious challenges due consequence of pandemic. this study, quantity composition municipal in Tehran were investigated. The international experiences reviewed results used develop a guideline for epidemic conditions adapted local characteristics. showed that changes affected by temporal spatial variation. most change 15.81% was seen at beginning pandemic, non-recyclable ratio among components (144%). emergence scattered point sources infectious generation management. These basis defining biological crises. A six activities more than 90 items based characteristics such as available equipment, general culture, economy, quantitative defined.

Solid waste is considered one of the major pollutants both water and surface worldwide. The growing global population, urban expansion, industrial growth are main reasons for solid generation. This has become a challenge with regional worldwide consequences. yearly generation municipal wastes around world 2.01 BT (billion tons) among which about 33 % not ecologically handled. To address this, proper management, especially recycling products, crucial to achieving sustainability. High-income countries able recycle 51 their waste, while low-income only 16 waste. Inadequate management practices can compound environmental social problems. handle these issues thermochemical biochemical methods used convert energy. Thermochemical method suitable developing though it energy extensive. review provides detailed analysis countries' recovery. It explores recovery technologies, including conversion processes.
