Surface fine particulate matter (PM) with a diameter of less than 2.5 microns (PM2.5) negatively impacts human health and the economy. However, due to data model limitations, obtaining high-quality, high-spatial-resolution surface PM2.5 concentration is challenging task, it difficult accurately assess temporal spatial changes in levels at small regional scale. Here, we combined multi-angle implementation atmospheric correction (MAIAC) aerosol products, ERA5 reanalysis data, etc., construct an STW-LightGBM that considers spatiotemporal characteristics air pollution estimate China’s 1 km resolution from 2015 2020. Heavy metal accumulation in soil can seriously harm human health, and it is necessary to identify the status access potential risks for local pollution control sustainable economic development. This study evaluated level, spatial distribution, risk sources of heavy metals along Zhengzhou-Kaifeng intercity railway compared characteristics north side soils with south railway. A total 260 samples were collected from a section In practice, only average Zn Pb contents slightly higher than their corresponding screening values. Therefore, continuous monitoring essential elucidate long-term operation effect on accumulation.
