The abundance of microplastics in the environment poses a constant threat to all parts ecosystem, and scientific community is called upon help solve problem. Numerous studies have been published for microplastic analysis, especially last decade, with vibrational spectroscopy being preferred method. According recent literature, portable spectrometers operating near-infrared (NIR) range are used analysis different types polymers, this technique has recently found its way into as good alternative expensive complicated benchtop instruments, such Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometers. aim study investigate evaluate research trends, leading publications, authors, countries, limitations use NIR research, comparison established FTIR technique.

In recent years, there has been a significant growth in scholarly attention to the effects of Cd stress on horticultural plants, as reflected by abundance research articles this issue academic publications. Therefore, it is necessary conduct review current and provide comprehensive perspective quickly grasp latest developments future trends field “horticultural plants-Cd responses”. By utilizing visualizing bibliometric analysis software CiteSpace, study integrated analyzed total 4318 relevant records—2311 from Web Science (WOS) database 2007 China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database—related responses”, covering period 1999 2024. A visual was conducted form knowledge mappings, including status well differences publications’ temporal distribution, spatial distribution (cooperation networks) intellectual base between foreign countries, precisely uncovering core aspects topics related field. ABSTRACT The relationships between meiofaunal communities and hard substrate are relatively well‐documented in the scientific literature. However, a comprehensive quantitative review of global research on meiofauna colonization across different substrates has not yet been conducted. In this study, scientometric analysis was performed to evaluate interest various studies exploring influence spatial heterogeneity colonization. A total 124 articles published from 1967 2023 were selected online databases. Macroalgae most frequently studied substrate, it one that harbors highest abundance richness values compared other substrates. Studies predominantly focused specific taxonomic groups, particularly Copepoda, Harpacticoida, Ostracoda. Nematoda, Amphipoda commonly recorded taxa. Geographically, United States America productive country field, followed by Brazil. Multivariate analyses, especially Non‐Metric Multidimensional Scaling (nMDS), primary methods used. decline meiofauna‐substrate over recent years observed. Given extensive macroalgal colonization, future should consider wider variety expand understanding field.
