Abstract: Green Synthesis or Chemistry of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) has many advantages, one which is fast, easy, and cheap. AgNPs have benefits in the health sector. are great interest field nanoparticle development because they good biomedical anti-bacterial activities. Bioreductors play an important role reducing size AgNPs, this study a natural bioreductor form Kiwi extract (Actinida deliciosa) was used. Purpose objective research biosynthesis using kiwifruit bioreductor. Research methods with extraction Kiwi, synthesis extract, characterization formed UV-Visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), Fourier-transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Particle Size Analyzer (PSA). Results that AgNP formation confirmed by optical performance UV-VIS showed peak at 415 nm. Water deficit regimes and techniques using moisture-absorbent materials are the main approaches to achieving goals of sustainable agriculture water resources conservation in arid semi-arid areas. A field experiment as a split-plot based on randomized complete blocks design with three replications at research farm Saffron Institute University Torbat Heydarieh during consecutive crop years (2015–16, 2016–17, 2017–18). The plots consisted irrigation 20 (W1), 35 (W2), 50-day interval (W3), sob-plots included without application (H0) superabsorbent hydrogel (H1). findings showed that highest values plant leaf number (19.3, 21.3, 33.5, respectively) dry yield (2291.9, 3837, 4979.5 kg ha−1, were achieved from under full condition (W1H1). improvement these parameters was significantly higher when used compared well-watered conditions. The high dependence on chemical fertilizers in the farming systems especially arid regions has become a serious challenge that threatens stability and sustainability of crop production. Therefore, determining alternative nutrition based organic biological sources is critical issue crops management. objective this study to assess response roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) chemical, nutrient systems. A two-year field experiment was conducted with split-plot randomized complete blocks design three replications. main plots consisted control (CL), vermicompost (VP), poultry manure (PM), fertilizer (NPK) (CF), while sub-plots involved (AM0), application Glomus mosseae (AM1), Rhizophagus intraradices arbuscular mycorrhiza (AM2). results showed PM CF treatments led highest increase fresh calyx yield (58.6%) compared control. Relatively few studies have explored the impact of biofertilizers on qualitative and quantitative yield saffron despite its global agricultural medical importance. This study aimed to evaluate physiological phytochemical responses potassium (K), phosphorus (P), iron-zinc (Fe-Zn) over 2 consecutive years (2022-2023). The treatments included single combined applications K, P, Fe-Zn containing active bacterial inoculum, along with a control group, resulting in total eight treatments. Biofertilizers were applied at rate 0.5 L per hectare by fertigation mid-February. Flowering began mid-November both 2022 2023, lasting approximately 3 weeks, during which data collected.
