Abstract As fluorescence parameters such as lifetime, quantum yield, anisotropy and polarisation are extremely sensitive to fluorophores’ microenvironmental changes, changes in the properties of probe have been widely used study hydrophobic interactions protein membrane biology. ΔG mic is negative, indicating that process exothermic favorable. compensation (Tc) ranged from (313–318) K linear regression whole for DPC, SDS, together.
