Exposure to metals/metalloids is reported potentially influence semen quality. While most studies have focused on single metal impacts, the link between exposure multiple metals and quality has remained less explored. The study aimed investigate effects of both individual mixed metal/metalloid A total 330 men were recruited from three reproductive centers in eastern China. Seminal plasma levels 25 sperm parameters determined. We used Generalized Linear Model (GLM) Restricted Cubic Spline (RCS) assess relationships weighted quantile sum (WQS) models then applied evaluate combined effect all these metals/metalloids. observed positive associations lithium (Li), zinc (Zn), magnesium (Mg) with an increased risk below reference values for progressive motility using a logistic regression model (P < 0.05). Additionally, our results also revealed significant inverse relationship aluminum (Al) concentration count, while cobalt (Co) demonstrated association Notably, WQS indicated mixtures abnormal (OR: 1.57; 95%CI: 1.10, 2.24) 1.53; 1.06, 2.19), this primarily driven by Li, Mg, Zn. In summary, findings indicate that might adverse
