This study aims to investigate the effect of combined method freeze-thaw and leaching on removal cadmium (Cd) in soil provide a theoretical basis for remediation farmland polluted by heavy metals. The process mechanism Cd were deduced through oscillatory experiments simulation experiments, influence technology environment was evaluated. results showed that mixture consisting 0.80 mol/L citric acid ferric chloride 1:19 vol ratio effectively remove 47.75 % Cd, indicating composite agent could from soil. experiment although treatment increased total content 0-5 cm layer, 5-10 cm, 10-15 15-20 layers decreased 5.08 %, 2.39 5.68 respectively. exchangeable (p<0.05), carbonate bound but organic residual thereby increasing bioavailability Cd. Freeze-thaw not only competitive adsorption

Pb-contaminated soil poses inherent risks for the spread of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs). However, few reports have investigated distribution lead (LRGs), particularly their role in ARGs dynamics during remediation. This study explored mechanisms driving variation under different remediation strategies. The results indicated that an increase total abundance after applying montmorillonite (Imvite), composite agents MgO and Ca(H2PO4)2 (MgO-Ca(H2PO4)2), montmorillonite, MgO, (Imvite-MgO-Ca(H2PO4)2). Bioelectrochemical systems (BES) effectively reduced abundance, when combined with Imvite-MgO-Ca(H2PO4)2, lowered risk proliferation linked to deactivation. Changes Pb concentration pH reshaped microbial communities, impacting both LRGs ARGs. To reduce transmission during, various control strategies, such as modifying stress, adjusting pH, manipulating community structure, been proposed. provided theoretical foundation practical strategies controlling dissemination heavy metal-contaminated soil.
