Abstract This experimental investigation is the first to generate a surface iron-tantalum (Fe/Ta) alloy as sublayer-layer using plasma focus device. Examining how ion beams from device iron and tantalum with varying melting points one of key objectives this study. Fe/Ta thin film nanostructure morphology were also examined. Furthermore, made FeTa Fe 2 Ta produced. photos microscopy cross-section verify sample five at an 8 cm formed uniform structure. 4 micro-island structures, seen by decreasing distance. depth elemental distribution revealed optimal penetration in homogenous material develop best determined PF shots.
