Renewable energy sources have been viewed as an important approach to solve the crisis and are carbon neutral. Compared with other storage mediums, green ammonia has highest total efficiency is raw material in chemical industry. The fluctuation of renewable a huge challenge for production; thus, high-precision prediction model required enable building advanced control system production. In this study, transformer-based multivariable multistep time-series that includes temporal scales feature energy, called MSPTST, proposed first step problem unstable outperformed state-of-the-art models, its R2 values were 0.986, 0.9998, 0.990 under high load condition, low natural respectively. Stable operation swift transitions facilitated through predictive based on MSPTST framework. impact fluctuations synthesis addressed by further integrating theory algorithms.
