In recent years, microbial platforms for biofuels and nutraceuticals have gained recognition as sustainable alternatives. This study investigates titanium dioxide nanoparticles’ effect on lipid omega fatty acid production in Thraustochytrium sp. Both nitrogen starvation independently enhance content, with a synergistic observed when combined. Titanium increases content by 37.69% (up to 78.84%), while achieves 34.91% enhancement (total 75.92 ± 2.43%). The combined approach yields the highest at 81.48 3.14%, denoting 46.19% increase. Additionally, omega-6 (LA 66.95%) omega-9 (OA 44.98%) levels, enhances omega-3 (mainly EPA, 91.83%) levels. eco-friendly strategy has implications bioenergy nutraceuticals, offering cost-effective means of enhancing oleaginous microorganisms biodiesel production. research outcomes contribute addressing key obstacles cost-efficient production, impacting economic landscape industry.
