This study focused on examining how the presence of a TiO 2 nanotube (NT) interlayer and decreasing particle size affects electrochemical performance service life PbO -coatings titanium substrate. The Ti/TiO -NT/ β -PbO Ti/PbO electrodes were synthesized using direct current with 3 μm optimized density values, while -NT/nano 35 nm simple pulse electrodeposition method duty cycle. results cyclic voltammetry demonstrated that -NT/nanoPbO electrode exhibited larger electrochemically active surface area, charge values 3.06 mC cm −2 , lower transfer resistance 9.47 Ω.cm compared to -NT/microPbO which had 9.26 14.62 61.58 8900 respectively. Accelerated tests showed /nanoPbO (55 h) better than those (50 18 h respectively). Moreover, highest in degrading methylene blue simulated wastewater by bulk electrolysis, removal efficiency approximately 100% at optimal (60 mAcm ), surpassing (76%) (53%).
